Nomadic... or almost π«π·
The hardest part of our transition has been done. We have left our home to the renters, and all necessary paperwork is done. I'm in contact with some other people and families who, as us, decided to quit their home and travel around the World. Most if not all of them told me that the hardest were the last days. I can confirm!
Now we are just a few meters from our old home, on a friend's land who let us stay for some days. I have a few enhancements to do on the bus, especially adding back the old solar panels. I can't put them in the bus, they are for now waiting in our garage (the only part of the house which we are not renting out)...
A few things are keeping us from starting our journey:
- I can't find my passport (yes, just that), so it seems that I'll have to make a new one
- My wife Bam needs to sign some papers from her previous job, which can't be done before the 7th of August
- My old car need to be checked, so that I can sell it and cancel its insurance.
Meanwhile, I've set up our French Blog and this one. We've slowly started the school in the bus as well. Our French blog is written by our children, as a daily French homework.
